Walk-in-Retail
Customers can safely and securely make cash payments through our Walk-in-Retail payment service by going to a retailer who is a member of our network
of neighborhood-based payment centers across the contry. In-store transactions can be made at select retailers through a network of neighborhood-based
payment centers across the country.
To begin the transaction, customers just login to the payment website, put in how much they will be paying, and select cash as their payment method. When they have
followed the steps, they receive an Order Confirmation. They take the Order Confirmation from the online order to a local Walk-In Retail location
and tell the store clerk that it is a TouchPay payment. When they pay the cash amount on their Order Confirmation, they receive their receipt.
Walk-In Retail payment benefits include:
